Default excessive engine shaking after header installation...

it only shaking when im idling, like at a red light or something
and when it starts shaking like crazy, i notice that the rpm drops below 500, why would this be happening?
my mechanic said that my header isnt good cause they relocated the oxygen sensor, so maybe that's throwing off my engine?

Sometimes when I stop, my engine rumbles, shakes and sort of stumbles. I dont remember if it did it before the header or not. As far as rpm, I forget how low she drops. Sorry

yea, because when they were working on my car, my mechanic disconnected the negative battery terminal
so i dont think that helped
i found out on hondacivicforum that someone had the same problem and it ended up being one of the pipes was hitting against the sub frame of the car
hopefully i can check this out on tuesday and try to get it fixed, other than that, the car drives great and better than EVER!
