Default f20b misfire but dont know why please help!!!!!

I have a 1995 accord ex with f20b engine. I have an aem short ram intake and skunk2 pro series intake manifold and it has a p28 chipped with basemap. Car is running really rich and has a misfire but no cel or codes. This started after timing belt broke and shop did all the work and gave me the car back and then this started. Wondering if you guys have any ideas because i took car to majestic motorsports and they checked compression and its 240 across the engine. They said the car needs a tune for the car but wondering why its doing now and not before. I have replaced rotor button and cap, checked spark plugs and wires and everything checks out fine. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

When the timing belt broke, what all was repaired/replaced?

I'd also get the tune as suggested.

New timing belt of course and reconditioned head rebuild is what receipt says. My question is why would it do it now and not before if it needs a tune. It has to be something else going on. Any ideas?

Were the spark plugs replaced when they serviced the cylinder head?

Double check the main ground (g101) to be sure it is clean and tight. On a stock f22 it is on the end of the TB (drivers/left side).

This is a video that I took today I haven't cranked it in like 2 days so after like 5 minutes you will hear the puff puff and misfire and the weird whining noise from intake.

I click the vid and it says this video is private?

With the added info, something is up when the car goes to "closed loop".

O2, egr and a nuber of other things come to mind.
