Default F22 Accord has no power

I have a 93' Accord with an F22 in it. I let my ex use it for work when we split up, when I went to pick the car up from her I noticed a very large oil stain underneath it, at least a quart or 2. The car wouldn't start, and the CEL is now on. Towed it home and tore into it, found out the bolt that locks the auto tensioner for the timing belt had pulled itself out and the car seemed to have jumped time. Re tapped the hole and replaced the bolt, did the timing (again) and put it all back together. The car started but ran like **** and died, I double checked all my timing marks to verify I had it right and it seems to be just fine. So I checked the dizzy, after removing the cap it was obvious something was wrong, everything inside that was plastic, had melted completely, and anything magnetic was covered in metal shavings. I cleaned it all out, replaced the melted ****, an put it all back together. This time the car started right up and sounds fine. Seems to be running really good, but it has NO power. None. It won't even back up out of my driveway and it's not a very steep incline. It is gutless. Any body have any ideas as to what might be causing this? I know the F22 is an interference engine so if it jumped time while she was driving it could have bent the valves. That's the only thing I have been able to come up with in my head as a reason for the way it's acting.
