Default F23 Intake manifold on f22b1 ?'s

i'm considering swapping the intake. i was wondering what would be more beneficial. swapping the intake? or port and polishing my stock f22b1 intake?
if i swap to the f23 intake, what would be my potential hp and mpg gains? what if i port and polish my stock intake? what would be the gains on that?

The F23 intake is possible to install, but the idle control system is different. I recommend keeping the accord stock.

I don't think you will really gain much power with a different or ported intake. You probably wouldn't notice it much when driving, IMO.

To get a significant gain in power, the H22 engine is a well-documented swap (145 hp to 200 hp).
