Default fault

Hi ,im new to this site! I have a PO685 fault ,relay open. any idea what that is and where is the relay? power seems to shut off and on .its a 2007 honda accord 4 cyl automatic trans.

P0685: ECM/PCM Power Control Circuit/ Internal Circuit Malfunction

Usually a faulty computer...

The code is P0685 with a zero and not the letter O. A quick search mentioned people having issues with the + battery cable. Inspect the cable for obvious issues.

You can test electrically by putting one volt meter lead on the + battery post and the other meter lead where the + terminal attaches to the fuse box in the engine bay. You should not disconnect anything when doing a voltage drop test and the engine should be running. The voltage should be zero.
