Faulty Power Door Locks
YES I searched...
I have a 99 Accord EX 5SPD VTEC, and since I bought it 2 years ago (with 180,xxx miles) the power door locks have been faulty.
What happens,
All 4 locks are inconsistent when I use the power lock switch on either the driver or passenger side door. Sometimes they unlock/lock fine, and other times they twitch but don't fully lock/unlock like they should.
No whirring, whining, or extra noise comes about.
Could it be a solenoid? bad motor?
Any help is much appreciated.

Start by "resetting" the portion of the computer than handles the locks. Simple - move the intermittent wiper speed **** to the middle position. may not work, but sometimes does for door lock issues.
Sounds to me like there may be a flaky connection somewhere though....
