Canister Vent Valve troubleshooting needed
No power applied - valve normally open (assume this is correct).
When 12v is applied - valve holds an applied vaccum (using Mity Vac).
However, when the 12v is removed the vaccum is still present (solenoid doesn't drop out - i.e., release vaccum).
I assume this is not normal ?
Please advise.
