Default Antifreeze vent valve

Just finishing up the timing belt and associated goodies on my wifes 2001 EX coupe 4cyl and kind find the cooling system vent valve mentioned in most of the writeups I've read. Sounds like it should be close to the thermostat housing but the only thing I can find is a small plug to the left and behind the housing that is actually below the stat level. Doesn't seem right because it's lower. Does my car not have a vent?

Thanks for all the info that got me through the timing belt swap!

Thanks!

The parts breakdown shows the bleed screw is on that housing;

Thanks for the reply. I'm going to have to look again. Maybe I'm just overlooking it.

Never did find that vent valve but the wife has put about 2000 miles on the change at this point.

Couple more questions on the timing belt...I'm still waiting for my manual I ordered about a month ago.
How often should I go through the timing belt tightening sequence or should I ever do it again?

Thanks
