Default FITV on 96 Accord proper adjustment?

Ive been having a heck of a time getting my 96 accord with a 4 cyl and Auto Transmission to idle smoother and tried a ton of stuff. In doing this I read to remove the throttle body and clean it out real good, along with other components.

But the FITV has that plastic body springed plunger thing that I wasnt too sure about how far down to tighten it.
From a video I saw from Eric The Car Guy he mentioned that they get loose and need to be tightened down.
Is it supposed to be fully tightened as in bottoming out?
Thats what I remember doing and its one part I thought to revisit and see if its set right.

Just tighten it down until it is snug, so just bottoming out.

Thanks PAhonda, I am pretty sure thats what I did. I snugged it tight then backed off a 1/2 turn. If you dont mind, can you please see what you can add to my other thread on the rough idle issue Im having?
