Hey Guys,
Im glad that everyone agrees that it was a total rip off. Ill take all suggestions and I appreciate everything people have posted.
I did have my Timing Belt replaced by honda dealership at 90,000 miles or 2 years ago. And I am going in for the 105k package this spring.
Once again thank you to everyone who replied .
I might contact certain members for further instructions/ tips. THANKS

Great load of advice!
I would bet that if you had all of those services done, then drove down the street to another chain car care center they would tell you the exact same thing whether the fluid is new or not. Its basically a standard "lets add this and that to the list" in hopes of scaring people they need it.

Haha, I thought the timing belt schedule was 105k miles, that must be later years.
Good for you that it's already done.
Look around at the DIY section, maybe some stuff is already written up.
