My friend jumped up on my bumper and brok off my license plate holder on the front of my car when i first bought it. That was a few years ago and im getting my car painted so i figured this would be a good time to replace it. Does anyone know where I can buy one of these? Its the plastic thing that you screw your license plate into and then bolt it to your front bumper so you dont have to drill any holes in it. I think it might be called a bracket? The honda dealer can get them but they are upwards around $50. Does anyone know where I could get one of these cheaper?

 

Is it legal to drive without a front license plate holder? Because I would just take it off completely...cleaner look. It would make even more sense for me because I'm getting a grille. I would need to patch up the hole though...they drilled it into the bumper.

Ya, I would take it off, but its illegal to drive without a license plate mounted to the front of your car in WA. I have it in the window right now b/c I got a new bumper and I think even that is illegal, so I need to find a holder so I wont get pulled over.
