Im having trouble with my front bumper turn signals on my 94 accord lx. When my lights are on they will turn on however, when i activate either turn sinals they wont blink but the turn signal indicators in the dash blink fast. I checked the fuses next to the clutch and in the engine compartment and they are good. Its not the bulb i changed it as well as the bulb socket assembly. HELP PLEASE!
