Sounds like a break in the GRN/YEL wire. For the right/pass side this is the power (again if my POS manual is correct). If the corner and rear are getting voltage from the same wire and the bumper/turn signal is not.....wire hunting time, yes I hate electrial issues

im not sure how its a break if i have continuity. i know i had the multimeter on the correct icon/ setting for continuity check ( the icon that looks like a wave and beeps when the two probes are touched together). thats when i get the roughly 1215 reading. if its not getting power then the only option is the turn signal switch... correct? or is there two metal canisters the wires go through that have resisters in them? somewhere online i read a car may have these i think.

Guess I'm getting confused, not hard to do with me.

So the GRN/YEL wire has no voltage? Correct?

I had the same problem but I got lucky. I turned over the key turned on the turn signal and was pulling the bulb in and out, I then noticed that when the bulb was pulled on slightly the bulb then began to blink so I now know its the socket. Now I just have to figure out where to get one. Hope that helps and saves you money.
