Default Front seat removal- 04 Accord LX

Can the front seats be removed from an 04 Accord LX w/out tripping the air bag light? I would of course disconnect the battery first. I see there are wire bundles attached to the underside of the seats and I'm assuming those are part of the airbag system since I don't have power seats.

Yes, before you dis-connect the battery have your radio code on hand.
The seat belt buckle has a switch in it that goes thru the SRS system.
Do you mean to remove the seats forever?

No I'm not planning to remove the seat forever. I just want to clean the PO dirt out and removing the seat is the easiest way.

So will the SRS reset itself if I reinstall and reconnect everything prior to reconnecting the battery?

The only code it might throw is a 'low voltage' code.
But the reset procedure is pretty easy.
Just give a holler if ya need more info.
I think the SRS reset procedure is in the DIY Answers forum
