Default Front subframe beam

The beam that the lower control arms bolt to. Can this be replaced?

Looks like #2 is what you're talking about?

is something wrong with it or you looking for a upgrade? If so ESP makes some really good traction bars check them out. They are fair priced too...

Oops it is the rear section of the front sub frame. It's bent. I still have +2* of camber on my front passenger wheel.

I have seen the traction bars they sell. They are wicked

It's okay, just drive without front passenger then :-)
Get a used one at the junk yard and save yourself some money.

man bare front subframe is freaking 80+ dollars at a pick n pull.. 3 hours to remove and a day to remove mine and reinstall, EFF that. i will live with the positive camber for now.. it will even out when i drop the car.

I'm gonna attempt to replace. I can't seem to get a good diagram on AllData. Anyone know how the rack n pinion is connected to it? Any tricks on getting the rear motor mount off abd back on?

Thanks for the replies....

I used a 3lbs hammer to make adjustments to the frame. Fixed the camber issue on my own.

I like the caveman approach. Thanks for the update.

Did you get into an accident, because that beam shouldn't bend on its own. Was it part #2 in the diagram above that was bent?
