P1253 is a problem with the Vtec Solenoid Valve Circuit. That is on the cylinder head and the electrical connection is easily accessible.
P0453 is a problem with the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Circuit. That sensor is in the engine bay and easy to access.
You will have to do some tests with a volt meter to figure out what is going on. The problem with each code could be the sensor, the wiring, or the PCM.

Do i have to take the head off to access vtech solenoid. Do you think it mite be the return hole for the oil is clog. Where can i get a picture of where the FTP Fuel tank pressure sensor is. What the PMC

The head does not have to be removed to access the Vtec. You can access the electrical connector easily. If you would have to remove the vtec, you would have to remove the thermostat housing. I don't know why the error code is there, but you will have to troubleshoot to find out.
PCM is the engine and transmission computer combined into one unit. On earlier accords (95 and earlier), they had an ECU and TCU.
The fuel tank pressure sensor is above the charcoal canister in the engine compartment. I think it is #31 in the picture below:

Here's the cylinder head & the VTEC spool valve is #9. The picture is a bit misleading cause the actual location of that spool valve is over closer to the distributor-side.
The VTEC solenoid is #11, at the top with a triangle flange, 3 bolts, & a one-wire connector. Look for loose/corroded/dirty connection. Broken wiring?
An oil problem would show up with a different code for the VTEC oil-pressure switch (#13).
