Does anyone know where the fuel pressure regulator is located, and where I might buy one?
2004 accord v-6.

 

I may be crazy but I was under the assumption that the fuel pump itself controls the pressure. What brings you to looking for one?

 

The dealer said that was the problem( hard start). They want 289.00 which I think is dung. I called the parts department and they didn't know what I was talking about. Any Ideas?

 

it is located in the fuel pump,, inside the tank, remove the fuel pump, then you can remove the regulator ,,the only place i know where to get 1 is the dealer

how many miles in your car ?? i have to assume over 36k ,,thus out of warranty ??

there is a bulletin on this ( 03-079 may 2006 ) .. i feel that honda should do it free of charge ..I would contact honda of america and request a free replacement ,,

follow the directions,,
user input user
password input password
go to the bottom, auto repair . click on it, input the model and year , go to service bulletin , fuel, and it is right there..2nd from the bottom
