yo guys, I have a 93 accord EX with 123k on it. Ive been noticiing mostly all the time that whenver I put the car in park after driving it just for a bit, the RPM goes up to 3000 and back down to 1000 every 4 seconds. Along with this, ive been noticing that most of the time when I start the car, I pull out and drive, the car seems to lag and sputter, like not getting enough fuel, so I have to punch the pedal then it stops doing it... until I turn the car off and start it again. Any ideas!?!?

whats the easiest way to check the air control valve? and where would that be at? appreciate the help man. - Mike
