Default Fuel pump???

I have a 1999 honda accord and the car runs great BUT sometimes it just loses power and I realized it wasn't getting gas. I pulled over and kept trying to start it and it would start but no gas until finally it would get gas and go back to running normal. Its becoming more frequent could this be a fuel pump??

Could be the fuel pump, but I wouldn't assume that just yet.

When it happens, try spraying starting fluid (or throttlebody cleaner) into the intake. If it fires up for a couple seconds, then the problem is lack-of-fuel. If it doesn't fire, the problem is lack-of-spark.
