I have a 2000 Accord coupe v6 and am having to replace the fuel pump assembly i guess its called. One of the plastic things on the top that sends the fuel broke and i ordered the whole assembly and pump used offline for a 4cly LX. Will the pump built into the new one work with my v6? or do I need to put my pump into the new assembly?

 

Some of the on-line parts places use the actual Honda part numbers. Maybe hondapartsnow dot com??

If it's the same part number then you're good to go.

 

looks like the v6 and 4 cyl use the same pump.
