Fuse Problems
Problem started last Thursday when the fuse labeled ECU on the internal fuse box (7.5) blew and the car ran the battery down to nothing i didn't realize it at the time so i change the fuse charged the battery, however later that day a came to discover that every time i start the car that fuse blows and the car runs till the battery runs to zero, i know it not the alternator or the ECM since i had the alternator tested and bought a new ECM, so I'm retty much lost as to why the ECU fuse blows instantly. It should be noted however that what ever is blowing the fuze will blow up to a 20, i know you shouldnt put larger fuses but i had to get the car home.

I find it strange that the battery got drained.
There are several items protected by that fuse. The PCM, the stereo/radio, and the clock.
I would unplug the stereo and clock. See if the 7.5 amp fuse blows.

I was assuming you were talking about the 7.5 amp backup/radio fuse. Is this the fuse box inside the car or in the engine bay?
Which fuse number is blowing in the attached diagram. The picture is of the one in the cabin.

That fuse is different than the one I was thinking. Is your car an automatic or manual transmission?
That fuse protects:
Charging system light
Cruise control main switch indicator
Cruise control unit
Alternator
EGR control solenoid
Transmission computer
Engine mount control solenoid valve
ELD unit
Radiator fan control module
Fuel injection air (FIA) control solenoid
Intake air resonator (IAR)
Now it makes sense that your battery will drain, because your alternator is on that circuit.
