That fuse protects:

Charging system light
Cruise control main switch indicator
Cruise control unit

Alternator
EGR control solenoid
Transmission computer
Engine mount control solenoid valve
ELD unit
Radiator fan control module
Fuel injection air (FIA) control solenoid
Intake air resonator (IAR)

Now it makes sense that your battery will drain, because your alternator is on that circuit.

Download the 94 shop manual from the spooner link in the online manuals thread in the DIY section to locate those items. Does the fuse blow immediately when you turn the key to the II position?

she is auto unfortunatly, it only blows during or imediatly after the car is started so in the III positon

You had a double post, so I don't know what the posting problems are.

I would unplug the alternator and try to start the car. See if that fuse blows.

Tracking down shorts is a pain, as you will find out. Do you have a volt meter?

You can try to unplug most of those items (except the PCM) and see if the fuse blows. That shop manual will show you where all that stuff is located.

Your car has a PCM, so I do not think it has a separate transmission computer like my 95.

Have you done any work on the car prior to this electrical problem?

only thing I've done is add 2 10'' subs, stereo which as i previously stated is wired into the 30 fuse for wipers, and change the upper control arms, however I've had a Toyota pickup tht had a similar problem except it turned out to be the distributors ground

I mentioned this in my last post. The 96 has a PCM, so it will have one computer. The 94 is very similar to the 96, so those other items on that fuse should be the same between the two cars.
