Default Gearbox treatment

What is the general opinion about Gearbox treatments with PTFE/TEFLON or Molybdenum - you all know the tradenames

I have used them before in Nissan and Daewoo cars.

I understand not putting them in engine because of the VTEC but do they enhance the gearbox ?

I have looked for the gearbox fill plug to check levels as the box is a bit rumbly in 3rd

There is some suspicious oil on the O/S rear bush where the engine brace connects to - not sure if this is just where some oil has migrated to along the brace, there is no streaks on the floorpan or drips on the floor - its too thin for gearbox oil and doesnt smell like it and the CV gaiters are clean. but if I do a full fluid service then i will know whats in there and if its all tight.
Thanks

Need a cambelt done soon as well "Ugh" - coming up to 75K.

What year car? I don't know about later years, but 2002 and earlier Accords used 10w30 in the manual transmission.
