Was gifted a 94 Accord
my only other guess is EGR is clogged from actually driving with PCV disconnected.
WEll I thought I screwed up the engine. fussed with the vacuum hoses and IAR assembly , took it off and completely separated the IAR from teh intake hose. so I decided to try to find on in junk yard .. they car would quit running and choke out after about 30 seconds or when you put it in gear .. After cussing my self for a while I realized I left off the MAP sensor harness
.
15 accords at junk yard not useable hose .
so I got an after market cold air intake and rigged it up .. Bingo no CEL light Stronger at rest idle all good there ..
Still I slight rpm surge when breaking and coming to a stop . always four revs and then catches and then works normally.
Still have ABS light to figure out , but figure that should wait until after I get sterring suspension parts in.

Ok ..
Light is back on Give me a 3 .
Map sensor is not a complete failure.
the only thing that is different is the air intake Is new and there is no port to add the IAR back on to so I left it out. Was told that would not hurt it

Finally got it all going ..
after fixing it all my non profit start up has a 50-70 k Honda.
Cost about $350 bucks in parts and lots of elbow grease!!!
I will never change another VSS on a honda again I can tell you that for you
