Is this 80$ header a good buy?

I need a new header, will this fit my 4cyl 1999 Honda and will it last and boost my speed?

While I cannot comment on whether it will fit or if it will last, I can tell you that the difference in performance to an otherwise unmodified car will be almost nothing.
