do i have a governor?96accord lx f22b2
do i hav a governor? if so can i lose it? whenever i take it up to 100 on the hwy it has a drop in power u can hear it, then it goes back regular and just chills around 110 i usually run out of room by then tho haha. can i do sumthing? im bout to boost if i hav a governor it gots to go
