OK, this is my first post here. Sorry to start it out with a problem but here goes. The right Low beam on my wifes 2004 Accord EX 3.0L is inop. Ive replaced the bulb and it still doesnt work. The fuse was blown so I replaced it. The new one then also blew and I replaced that one too. It has not yet blown but I still have no headlamp. I tested voltage at the fuse box and got some insane number like 220 volts. Donno what that indicates but it probably is a problem. All other headlamps work fine just this right low beam is inop. I've read the other threads on this topic and cant really get much info from them. Where is the headlamp relay located? I cant seem to find it in the underhood fuse box. Could that be it? Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Thanks guys.
