Default Headlight Help

My low beam on my Honda Accord has been dim for a week or so, I went and bought a new bulb and put it in and it is still dim. I am afraid of getting pulled over, but I dont know what the problem is. Can someone help me, or tell me what I can do that is least expensive??

Read the Sticky post on the top of the gen tech help. Specifically on the section on what car you drive.

Have you checked the connector pins-clean/tight/ect. From there double check the ground wire for a good connection (resistance to ground)...then of course check the power wire.

Check the fuses in the under-hood fuse box. Yes, it can be the fuse even if it lights up. They should be 20 amp fuses. You didn't state which side, so I highlighted both fuses.
