Default Headliner

I have a 2013 Honda Accord EXL V6. Today I found a stain on the headliner buy the rear dome light. After I cleaned off the stain, I noticed that there is a small area on the headliner, probably about 4" in diameter, which isn't totally flat. there are small indentations, or slight waves in the fabric when you look at it at certain angles.

- is this normal and just didn't notice it before, or did I cause the
problem?

- What caused these depressions, or waves?

- Did the adhesive separate between the fabric which is attached to the
headliner?

- What type of foam is underneath the headliner? Does it go back to
the original position after it is compressed?

- Did I press to hard when I was cleaning the headliner and cause
the foam to distort, or the adhesive to fail?

What did you use to clean the stain?

Does the car have a moonroof.....trying to figure out where the stain came from.

Thanks for your reply. I caused the stain. I had something on my hand. I do have a moonroof, but it's not leaking
