Hey guys,

Any of you ever R&R a heater core from a 95ish Accord. I'm getting the telltale signs of a leaky core (sweet smell when the blower is on). Just wondering if this is a job that should be farmed out, or can be done in the garage w/ a buddy.

Check out hondaautomotiveparts.com & put in the details for your car. There's some relatively nice exploded drawings of that stuff.

I've never done the job, but this can give you some idea if nobody else says anything...

 

it is a pretty complicated job.. the whole dash has got to come out .
if you plan to do it,, get the HELM book for that particular year and follow directions..

there are too many things to remove , for me to give you a step by step instruction
