heater fan not working

Default heater fan not working
heater fan stopped working. replaced heater switch and have power at blower motor but the blower motor doesn't blow .. tested the blower motor and it works any suggestions ? thanks

What year and model is your car?

Also, does the fan operate when switched to the highest speed?
