Help!! 1995 Wont Start
My car cut off. Got it home and determined that the battery was dead. Plus the engine was sizzling. Changed battery and added 1/2 of coolant. Turned car on and coolant came out. Turned the car off. Next day drove car two miles and car cut off again. Now it will turn over but won't start.

No point in attempting to start the car until the cooling system leak is fixed. If you ran car very hot, you may have damaged the engine.
Find coolant system leak and repair.
Then try to start w/ throttle body cleaner sprayed into the air intake system. A good long spray of 5-10 secs.
If car starts briefly, but fails to keep running, then fuel delivery is problem to address; main fuel relay or fuel pump.
If car does not start, then spark delivery is problem. Check for 12V to the distributor (blk/yel wire at distributor connector w/ keyswitch On). If you have voltage, then coil or ignitor are likely faults.
good luck
