Most common parts to fail?
Drive belts
thermostat
vacuum hoses
The list is pretty vague, & nobody will agree because different stuff fails for different people. If you live where there's snow, then corrosion will determine what's on the list for YOU.
It's probably a lot different for different years. Your username has 007 so maybe you have a 2007 Accord? That's why I didn't include distributor cap & ignitor.
Then for 1998-2002 there's the automatic transmission.

That is kind of a tricky question to answer. Putting your year, model, etc.. will help.
The most important thing you can do is to keep up on the maintenance items.
The recommended intervals should be in your owner's manual and definitely follow them. Oil changes are the most important and the transmission fluid change are the second most important (use only Honda transmission fluid). Other maintenance items are coolant, spark plugs, air filter, distributor cap and rotor (if you have them), PS fluid, brake fluid. Check your fluid levels around every time you fill up your tank.
Greasing the caliper bolts using something like silicone paste is another thing you can do. Inspect the suspension if you start hearing noises.
Other than that, I would say that there is nothing that you have to replace that is still working fine. If something breaks, then diagnose and repair that problem.

Hi everyone. How bad is the automatic transmission in the V6 Accord EX? Mine seems ok if I drive it like a grandpa but put a little juice into the accelerator and I feel some hesitation in the shifting occasionally. Any ideas anyone? I mine going? I just bought it
