on my 98 accord ac clutch does not engage. relay is good. fuses good. if i jump the relay clutch engages and blows cold.

 

When you turn on the a/c, do both cooling fans turn on?

You will have to do some electrical testing. Find the a/c pressure switch and unplug it. Not sure where the switch is at on the 98, but it should be on one of the a/c lines or possibly the compressor.

With the key in the II position and the car not running, one of the wires to the plug should have 12V to ground. The other wire should have continuity to ground when the a/c switch in the car is turned on. Let us know what you find.
