dont laugh but my accord will not start on a hot day, later in the eve no problem. im not kidding ive changed dist,coil,fuel filter,fuel pump and tuned it up someone plz help is it a sensor

 

The year and model of car would help.

Sounds like a main relay problem. Its been covered many times here, just search main fuel relay. Verify the sound of the fuel pump is missing when it will not start. If that is the case, then replace or repair the main relay.
