i got a 93 honda accord and my dashlights, horn, radio, ac blower and cigarette lighter stopped working. all my fuses are good inside and under the hood. whats the next thing i should be looking at?

 

If the fuses are good, then it may be due to the ground wires leading to or the ground connection at G402 (located behind the passenger side kick panel). Although some of the items you listed may also use a different ground such as ground G401, they all seem to have ground G402 in common, as part of their respective circuits.
