Idle is going up and down 93 Honda Accord 10th anniversary had water pump timing belt replaced new radiator and top part engine redone new idle air control valve still idle is off I like to drive my car it has 139,000 actual miles on this car I need help please

 

Did you bleed sure from the coolant when filling the radiator? There is a bleeder on the thermostat housing that let's air escape from the system.
