Help
Hey yall im B and new to this page. I have an account in the civic section as well. Anyways im having issues and I will do my absolute best to make this all make sense to see if i can get some input.
First off i bought a 94 Honda Accord 5 Speed Non ABS that had drums. I swapped the drums out with disc from a 96 Accord Wagon EX! Got new rear calipers, pads, flex lines, whole nine yards for the rear. Front I changed pads as they were still good. Got new front and rear rotors.
I went to bleed brakes, and no matter how long or how many times I bled, pressure would build and once I loosened the bleed valve pedal goes to floor.
I buy a brand new brake master as forums and other things I’ve read indicated that. Not the issue! That’s just fine even with the new one!
Pulled out the prop valve was gonna replace that. Did some reading and it isn’t leaking at all and it isn’t clogged at all. Trust me!
Brake booster is just fine! That’s been tested and looked at by a couple people!
My recent friend that came to help look at it. We start bleeding in the sequence via Haynes book and the driver rear brake…..this is where I’m having issues. We get a good amount of pressure built up before I loosen up the bleed valve. BUT once fluid did start coming out, it was like literal molasses coming through the hose! AND the brake master was not showing signs of fluid being sucked down the lines. My friend said it’s very slim chance but to check my flex lines and see if they by chance are clogged via manufacturing issues and if it’s not and I feel air from the other side then I know it’s not that which leads me to the hard lines. BUT I’m not an expert. Ima rookie who feels like even tho I’m not dumb but not a genius and I do know how to read and comprehend…….i feel
like I got lucky with everything on my civic. I’ve never had this problem either and need help advice and or suggestions. Please.

Are the bleeders on the replaced calipers on the top part of the caliper pointing towards the sky, or on the bottom part pointing towards the ground?
