Default 03 Accord not building brake pressure

Ok so i changed the pads, rotors, calipers, and rear shoes. After bleeding the breaks in the correct sequence several times (right rear, left rear, right front, left front). I still can't get much pressure to build. This is a rear drum brake car by the way. While bleeding the brakes the fluid comes out clean and air free at all four brakes. My brakes were a little spungy before but I had a leaky caliper and warped rotors. I was thinking my master cylinder was bad or maybe the check valve? I would like to get some input before replacing parts. So any info would be greatly appreciated.

Does brake pedal slowly soften after pumping to obtain firm pressure? If yes, the Master Cylinder is leaking.

Or, can you not obtain firm pressure despite pumping?

Bleeding can be difficult. It takes a lot more bleeding on the rears than you would suspect. How did you bleed? Did you maintain MC reservoir full during bleeding?

good luck

Where did you get that bleeding sequence? Shop manual for USA car says LF-RF-RR-LR.

I've sometimes noticed clear fluid comes out for awhile before the last air-bubble comes out.

fill up the MC, get a friend, wife, girlfriend, dog with skills etc...open all the bleeders at the wheels, yes, all 4. don't touch the brake pedal until all are open. then push down the pedal steady and slow till it bottoms out. close all the bleeders, then release the pedal. let us know what happens. double check the position of the bleeders on the calipers, they should be at the top of the caliper. not that you can mix up the honda calipers, but i've seen them swapped from side to side and the bleeder at the bottom will give you a nice air pocket you'll never get out.
