Default HELP! door locks quit working! need help ASAP!!

Car:
1996 Honda Accord LX, 4 door, automatic, f22 engine, 180,000 miles, power windows, power door locks.

Problem:
The power door locks quit working the other day all of a sudden, the wont work on the passenger side or the drivers side. I can manually lock the front doors from the outside with the key.

I thought it might be a fuse, so i located it, and it was fine, im not to firmilliar with these cars so im not sure where else to look. Im selling the car very soon and would like to get this fixed as quickly as possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You will likely have remove the door panel and try some electrical tests if you are comfortable doing that. The online manuals thread in the DIY section has a spoon post by me with the 94 shop manual you can download.

Does the lock switch work on the passenger door to lock/unlock it?

its your door lock motor...thats whats going on with my 94 accord ex. works fine one day and doesnt the next. then all of a sudden itll work again. i had it checked before and its the window motor inside your drivers door panel. i havent replaced mine yet, havent gotten time or funds for it.

The part the poster above me was mentioning was the door lock actuator.

I would download that manual and do the tests so you don't waste money on a part that does not need replaced.

On the list of forums, there is a DIY Forum. Just find the online manuals thread and the spooner tuner site I posted has a 94 shop manual that you can dowload.

Could also take the door panel off and clean the plugs of the door lock control.

Does it not work on the master switch or when you try it from the passenger side too?
If it is cold it makes it harder to lock/unlock.
