Help finding starter repair kit - 1999 Honda Accord V-6
My starter has gone bad. I'd like to repair or replace it this weekend 3/8/13.
Ideally, I'd prefer to just rebuild the current starter to minimize the repair cost, but am having trouble locating the correct kit for my 1999 Honda Accord EX with a V-6.
If anyone knows where I can pick up or order a repair kit specific to my Make\Model Accord or alternatively, where best to purchase a reliable rebuilt starter, I'd appreciate the input.

I was looking to replace the brushes and plunger, I believe they are called. I was not finding an appropriate kit online or in local parts stores, so have decided to simply replace the starter with a re-manufactured one. I have to get it done over the weekend and didn't want to waste any more time looking.
I appreciate your reply however.

Looks like the solenoid (#6) is a sealed unit, but maybe you can get it separately from the whole starter.
You can probably get the brush pack (#5).
The throw-out gear assembly #3 - is that what you call the plunger?

FWIW: When I was checking last year on various rebuild parts for starters and alternators, Honda seems to have stop selling the rebuild kits for the U.S. market. Previously, I was able to purchase various rebuild parts from Honda.

Purchased a replacement starter.
I appreciate all the feedback. I was hoping my starter would make it till the weekend, but it didn't. I decided to simply purchase a replacement, since my car is currently out of commission and I couldn't find a repair kit soon enough.
I went with a new Autozone Duralast, since honda wanted at least twice as much for a remanufactured one. I'm not sure how good they are, but guess we'll find out!
