i recently purchased an HID kit for my sweet accord. I had already installed some aftermarket projector headlights, converting the bulbs to H1's. So, I bought an H1 HID kit, and plugged it into the stock wiring harness with the wires supplied with the new headlights. The ballasts don't power up and dont turn on at all. Is it possible that the H1 HID cannot work with the stock wiring?

 

forgot to mention the car is a 2006 accord ex

 

My HID kit conversion worked perfectly on my accord 96. I just followed the instructions and plugged everything in minutes. Worked like a charm. Maybe your ballast are bad?
