Default help needed with hvac issues....please

So I bought a 2005 Accord EX Friday, car runs and drives great! but I discovered something odd, randomly the climate control system will stay blowing after the car has been turned off, you can even adjust the speed up/down while it's running, so I don't think it's a blower resistor issue. the display is not on during this happening. if you hit the off button it shuts it off. This a dual climate control system.

So fast forward to last night, I install aftermarket systems in all my cars, so I bought a Pioneer 4500nex and PAC dash kit, now the the PAC climate control system still stays on, but now the stereo stays on and plays with the key off as well (which I think is another issue thats unrelated). I am stumped! I checked the fan relay, fuses, and I even bought a new ignition switch.

thanks guys!

For the climate control system, what happens when you pulled under-dash Fuse No. 30 (7.5A)? Does blower fan still run?

For the stereo system, what happens when you pull individually:

Under-dash Fuse No. 5 (10A)? Should be hot at all times.

Under-dash Fuse No. 21 (7.5A)? Should be hot in ACC or ON.

fan still runs when #30 fuse is pulled

I was so frustrated I didn't check the #5 and #21 fuses when I had the aftermarket stereo hooked up, I think I just needed to switch the hot and acc connections.

Thanks for the reply sir!

If the fan still runs with under-dash fuse no. 30 pulled, the blower motor relay may be faulty. Try swapping a similar relay in the under-hood fuse/relay box to see if it stops.

so an update, I have done all the tests, went through damn near everything, it's super odd, but I noticed today that, if you just turn the key to ACC, the climate control works and the blower blows, shut the key off, the blower and aftermarket head unit shut right off. start the car and lol, this is real odd, shut the key off, the climate control panel (stock and PAC) and aftermarket stereo remain on, for 3-4 minutes and shut off on their own, tested this several times and it all shut off after 3-4 minutes each time........

The climate control system may have a key-off delay function.

For example, the moonroof has a key-off delay function. You can still open and close the moonroof for up to ten minutes after you turn off the ignition switch. The key-off delay function cancels as soon as you open either front door. You must then turn the ignition switch to ON (II) to operate the moonroof. This is a multiplex control system function.

Trying opening either front door to see if power for the climate control cancels right away.
