Default Help on removing that little chip inside of the key fob

I'm trying to move my entire key's internals over to a new Ebay Key kit and i have no idea on how to get that little computer out, can someone PLEASE link me to a tutorial on how to do this? and how big is the chip exactly?

i tried taking it out with a small flat precision screwdriver, but some plastic top part kinda came off, hope i didn't break the chip but some pics of the actual thing may help...

and also where do u guys get your new EBAY key blanks cut? at your local honda dealer? does your newly cut key work with all items such as: door, ignition, trunk, glov ebox, folding down the rear seat? i use my key with every one of those..
