RE: Hey
Fixing the body is something of a personal choice on how far you want to go.
I am guessing that you want to know about maintenance. How many miles are on the engine? Did the previous owner keep up the maintenance and do you have the service records?
You probably want to change the spark plugs (only use NGK, they are around $2 a plug), distributor cap, rotor, and air filter. Check for oil in the spark plug tubes. If there is oil, replace valve cover upper seals (there is a writeup in the DIY section). As for the wires, spray a fine mist of water on them when the engine is running at night. If you notice arcing or the wires are worn out, then replace the wires. Make sure that the coolant level is full. Change oil, oil filter, and tranny fluid (use Honda ATF from dealer).
Do you know when the timing belt has been changed? If it is past 90K miles, then replace. A broken timing belt will cause more damage than the car is worth.
The accords tend to get carbon built up in the egr passages on the manifold. You might want to clean them out. Google search t2t013.pdf and the first hit gives you that pdf on the procedure.

RE: Hey
take a hammer to the backside of those dented body panels, and replace the side lamp/turn signal.
any remaining dents use some bondo on.
if the pinstriping is damaged, either take all of it off, or find some new pinstriping to put on the missing parts.
