Please don't take this wrong....since we are on page two, put your car info in you signature line so we don't have to go back to remember what we are working on......thanks.

The dimmer relay, location already given, should have four pins. When the high beams are on, ground is sent thru the orn/wht to the high beam lights. The red/blu into the relay is the ground that closes/activates the coil in the relay.

I ordered 2 relays from ebay and replaced the dimmer relay in my car, and to my excitement the high beams would stay on...
I went for a short drive and tested the highbeams many times and finally thought Ive fixed the problem...but then after 10 minutes, the high beam would not stay on again !! I swapped out the relay and put in the other one I received just to be sure,...it did not fix the problem
..
so what is left to try?

I hate electrical issues.

Have a volt meter and some time? Also, the testing will have to be done when the lights are not working.

When the high beam goes out, does the blue high beam light in the car stay on? Do the low beam lights stay turned on?

the blue light only stay on when the car is giving out highbeam...meaning, I have to flash the light or hold the switch against me...if I let go of the switch, the highbeam goes off and the blue light goes off aswell

the low beam stays turned on, if I understand your question correctly

where are you located?

EDIT: It seems from the volt meter price, that you are in Europe. The manual that you can download from the common diy thread covers some European accords. I am just trying to figure out how this shop manual identifies your accord. What trim level is your car, LX, DX, EX, 2.2iES,...?
