high pitched noise in the morning when in reverse
I have 2008 honda accord (EX-L 4 cyl) ~26K miles. For the last 3-4 weeks, I noticed very pitched noise coming from the back of the car when I drive out of the garage in the morning.
I don't know how to explain the noise exactly, but its kind of very high pitched buzzing. It goes away as soon as I put the car in drive mode. So far noticed it only in the morning. In the evening when car is also cold, I don't hear this noise.
Also, not sure if this is related, but also from the same place (rear passenger side), I randomly hear clinking noise when I am driving which goes away after sometime.
Thank you in advance for the help.

IIRC, people complained about the rear pads wearing down quickly on the 7th generation accords. Follow JimBlake's suggestion on inspecting the rear pads. You may also want to check that the shim is not loose and cutting a groove into the ~1/4 inch edge of the rotor that goes over the hub.
Check that that caliper slides along the pins. You may need re-lubricate the caliper pins.

Thank you for the reply, it was very helpful. I just got the brakes replaced by a dealer. It's 3 days and so far no odd noise. For those, who has rear brake problems on 8,9 accords, here's a link where you can find claim form-
