I've 1998 Honda Accord EX-V6 and it has 177,000 miles on it. I've bought it new nearly 10 years ago and did not have any major problem. When I accerlate, it makes whistling noise.
I tried to put the gear into neutral and it still makes the same noise. Is it coming from vacum hose or loosen belt, fuel pump?
If it's vacum hose, where is it located?

could be dozens of things
pop the hood and have a friend rev the engine while you listen to parts under the hood.
watch your hair, dont let it get caught in the belts. that would hurt.
