I hae a 2009 Honda Accord Sedan and the wrench symbol is showing on the dashboard what do this means

 

Means it's time for an oil change and maybe other maintenance. Along with the wrench, are letters A or B, and some numbers. They indicate what's due, maybe air filters, tire rotation, whatever.

It's all in the owner's manual package, probably in the "service" booklet.
