Default Honda Accord 2014 2.4L Temperature sensor fluctuating from normal to cold

I have a honda accord 2014 4 cylinders and noticed that the temperature fluctuates from normal to cold.

I replace the thermostat and temperature sense both original from honda issue still, I also noticed that this happens when the fans kick on dont matter if is AC or Heat this is when the gauge start fluctuating.

Any advice?

Thanks

What was the part number for the sensor you replaced and where was it located?

That is a coolant temperature sensor near the thermostat housing that sends the coolant temperature to the engine computer. The engine computer uses that temperature to adjust the air/fuel ratio. There is a second temperature sensor on the driver's side of the radiator on the bottom facing the cooling fans that also sends the temperature to the engine computer. This sensor temperature is sent to the gauge you see on the cluster. I believe it has the same part number as the one you installed, but check the oem parts sites under electrical/exhaust/heater/fuel and select radiator.

You should first check the electrical connector for loose pins, corrosion, damage as this connect could get exposed to the elements.

Thank you for your reply, yeah I replaced both sensors and the issue still, Ill have to check the connector to see if they are corroded or damaged, I also notice sometimes when I turn the AC the temperature stay normal.
